CLIENT SPOTLIGHT INTERVIEW: Meet Audrey Alice Stéffan, Founder of I am Audrey Alice

Audrey is a happily divorced Mama of 3, but it wasn't always that way. She remembers vividly the first 18 months post-divorce and the constant state of pain & disbelief as well as the utter chaos that comes with such a big life change. She finally decided to put herself back in charge of her own life and create the life she'd always dreamed of. Audrey now incorporates an embodied movement practice (Yoga) with energy work (Reiki) to her coaching and is passionate about guiding you back to the confident, badass, empowered queen that you came here to be. From "poor me" to "this is me".

What inspired you to start your own business?
My own experience of post-divorce life

In your own words, what do you do?
Through an embodied movement practice, energy work and mindset coaching we move from "poor me" to "this is me". post divorce can feel so lonely and isolating, I help women know they are not alone, create their own support system and supportive practices to build the pillars of their new life.

What does success mean to you?
Doing what I love to do and getting to call it "work" and spending unlimited time with my family creating memories.

What is the ultimate dream for your business? And what is the current goal you are super excited to work towards?
A million dollar biz is the ultimate dream and right now I'm excited to get online yoga classes going regularly, welcoming more women into our community, creating s library of online yoga classes, and setting my business up to support the end goal!

What is the biggest thing you've learned through entrepreneurship?
"failure" isn't failure. It's just a sign that something needs tweaking or adjusting. It doesn't mean stop.

What is one thing that you learned during our time working together that has stuck with you, and why?
Imperfect action is better than no action. Do the damn thing! lol. You helped get over my "tech fear" and procrastination as we put in place some tools to support my business. I did the things and now am reaping the benefits (online classes, calendly set up...). A Little discomfort is no longer an excuse for me to procrastinate because I know it always leads to ease in my business eventually! (and even in my life)

What’s your favorite social network to use for business, and why?
IG is the one I'm on most and I'm most comfortable with

What's something new in your world that you are super excited to share?
My 1:1 Coaching program EVOLUTION that incorporates Reiki & Yoga into our coaching time together - such powerful healing tools! And also my online classes - those are the easiest way to move with me right now, if you don't live on island :)
