We begin this journey with Business Audit followed by a Strategic 1:1 Onboarding Call (120 min)

After you join, you will be sent a questionnaire to complete that allows me to take a deep dive into your business and I will complete a full audit of your current offers, business model, marketing, processes, and client experience. Then we get on a call to get on the same page about what your goals are and how we are going to get there. Having clear priorities will allow us to move with focus so we can make the strategic changes to help you achieve your income and business goals.

Monthly 1:1 with Theresa

These calls are hosted via zoom and we will deep dive into YOUR business to optimize your strategy. I will take notes for you and we will get crystal clear on your next steps. I will also share any info with you that is required for you to be able to achieve your goals. You can expect me to share my screen and show you the BTS of my own business.

Weekly Group Mastermind Calls

We have weekly group calls where you can get your questions answered on anything you are currently working on or navigating in your business. These calls are for strategic calibration and also connection to get input not only from your mentor but the other women in this space. FAQ

How long is the Mastermind?

The Mastermind has on-going enrollment with a maximum of 10 spaces. You can join for either 6 or 12 months.

I'm brand new to my business, is this Mastermind for me?

This Hybrid Mastermind is for service-base entrepreneurs who have been in business for at least 1 year and/or are actively working with clients and are earning a minimum of $1,000 per month on average. If you are new to your business but are already working with clients AND are full-time in your business, I'd invite you to schedule a call with me to connect and chat. CLICK HERE to book a call.

What happens if I don't get the desired results?

Inside the Mastermind, I guarantee that you will make your program investment back in sales over the total length of the program.

If for any reason you do not make your investment back, I will continue to work with you until you do to a max of 3-months, or you can put the remaining original investment amount to renew your contract.

This guarantee will be backed by you giving me an equal investment in terms of your commitment to show up and implement the strategies and tools you are learning.

At minimum, you will be required to :

Attend all weekly mastermind calls
Complete any assigned programs/trainings
Schedule and attend your monthly 1:1 coaching sessions
Implement all actionable items each month, demonstrating your willingness to work towards achieving your desired results
Submit your end of month KPI report and disclose ALL sales numbers

This experience has been designed with a hybrid approach, offering both private 1:1 coaching (1 call per month) as well as close proximity access during the week within the WhatsApp group chat.
